These folks *actually* work for People magazine. They orginally asked me to take their photo with a point-n-shoot. I took one bad photo, and then a decent one. About five minutes later I returned with my real camera gear and then took a proper photo (the one shown). Thanks guys, it was nice to meet you :)

75/365. No really, you tell *me* what's going on.
Seriously, if you can explain what's going on in this picture, props to you. This was one of those spur of the moment / get up on a chair / point the camera at the people kind of shot. It was also the first time I had mounted my flash to my camera in quite a while, and it kinda felt good to be a little lazy. Braden (the man pictured front and left) helped me as a light assistant for the day. He's totally awesome.
strobist info: Nikon SB-900 on good 'ol classic bounce pointing straight up mounted go camera (sorry, no off camera fun-ness today) @ 1/2 power with CTO gel.

77/365. God I can't wait for pancakes.
Random photo from the IHOP pool. This photo qualifies for today even though it feels like yesterday since it was taken quite a bit time after midnight.
strobist info: SB-900 & SB-600 both @ 1/4 on both sides of the ceiling. created sufficient light for the whole back room. triggered via PWii's.
