119/365. Without question the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer ~ Dave Barry

I'm a day late in posting this shot, and with good reason. It was the beer. Anyhow, this was more or less a proper exit to Google seeing as how I had no departure lunch or party, but Dave and I had preplanned an Allagash beer tasting / pairing event with the founder Rob Tod (yeah, I set him up with a Twitter account). Nevertheless, there isn't anything too exciting about this photo, I mainly just wanted it documented into my 365 project.

97/365. if somebody told you I was just your average ordinary guy, not a care in the world... somebody lied ~ Spiderman (2002)

Another selfy where I get to fit right into the neighborhood. I couldn't just get a spiderman mask and put it down after a day... so I went out and got another.

So today I received my Manfrotto 6' retractable portable light stand which is totally awesome because it fits in my standard sized backpack. This is fantastic! It allows me to take a full strobist setup on-the-go carrying a stand, umbrella, speedlight, tripod, and my camera. The only thing that really weighs me down now is my stubby.

23/365. Nobody likes you when you're twenty three... ~ Blink 182

Ladies and Gents, this is Ed Ho, a friend, photo and strobist enthusiast, and Google Engineer. But first I ask you, can anyone say "straight out the camera" without cracking a smile? Well too bad, because this one was! Ok, ok, so I did add the border and watermark in Photoshop. But that's it! I loved this photo so much, I didn't even touch a single setting.

Anyway, today was Photo Friday (not to be confused with Wine Wednesday, or Thirsty Thursday), and Ed and I brought in our lighting gear then attacked the hallways of Gmail. Cheers everyone!

Today's photos is just an extension of staying up late again, which officially qualifies me to take a photo for the day.

Harvey Milk was the first openly gay politician to be elected into office in California.

9/365. Hey, I can dig it, man. ~ Platoon. Today was photo friday, ironically it falls on the most uninspiring day of the week. I shot with Braden, Marcin, and Emily. I started off with the 24-70... but eventually switched off to the trusted 50 and got what I wanted... and now I'm ready to go home and watch cartoons. Happy Friday everyone! Have a great weekend. Petra was about 3' from the light, and roughly 6' from the red wall.

30/365. A Blue Office

This is what happens when you completely forget to take a photo for the 365. I was actually doing a photoshoot documenting "life at Google" for the NYC office (aside from my actual reason for being in NY which was to teach a course). It wasn't until later that I realized I had no photo for the day, so I pulled this one out which was just a lighting test for which was supposed to have someone modeling in the frame... but instead we have an empty room :/ Whoops! Sorry everyone. But there ya have it, and that was day thirty.
